Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of motivation, institutional image and service quality on people's interest in becoming donors at LAZ AZKA Al Baitul Amien Jember. This type of research uses explanatory research which explains the relationship or influence between independent and dependent variables. This research is a quantitative research with a population of all LAZ AZKA Al Baitul Amien Jember donors in 2023. The sample in this research was 77 respondents with sampling using a non-probability sampling technique with purposive sampling. This type of primary data is obtained directly from respondents' statements in questionnaires given online via Google Form. The data analysis method used was multiple linear analysis with SPSS 26. The results of this study found three results, namely motivation had a significant effect on people's interest in becoming donors at LAZ AZKA Al Baitul Amien Jember, the image of the institution had no significant effect on people's interest in becoming donors at LAZ AZKA Al Baitul Amien Jember. has a significant influence on people's interest in becoming donors at LAZ AZKA Al Baitul Amien Jember, and the quality of service has a significant influence on people's interest in becoming donors at LAZ AZKA Al Baitul Amien Jember
